Alyssa Kragelund from Anita Honored at Buena Vista Unversity

Alyssa Kragelund, a junior business and accounting major from Anita , was recently honored at Buena Vista University's student recognition event.

Kragelund received the following recognition:

Kragelund received an Academic Excellence Award as a second year student. This Academic Excellence Award is given to students on the Storm Lake campus whose cumulative GPA is 3.75 or greater, representing approximately the top 10% of each class. She was also inducted into Alpha Chi, a national honor society recognizing scholarship in all disciplines, promoting academic achievement and encouraging its members to continue their lives as scholars. Membership is restricted to ten percent of the senior class having a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or greater and five percent of the junior class having a cumulative grade point average of 3.65 or greater.
