Cole Hackbarth from Spirit Lake Honored at Buena Vista Unversity

Cole Hackbarth , a English and theatre major from Spirit Lake , was honored at Buena Vista University's annual Student Recognition Dinner on April 29.

Hackbarth received the following recognition:

Hackbarth received an Academic Excellence Award as a first year student. This Academic Excellence Award is given to students on the Storm Lake campus whose cumulative GPA is 3.75 or greater, representing approximately the top 10% of each class.
