JoAnna Pluym Honored at Buena Vista University

JoAnna Pluym , a special education major from St. James , was honored at Buena Vista University's annual Student Recognition Dinner on April 29.

Pluym received the following recognition:

Pluym received an Academic Excellence Award as a fourth year student. This Academic Excellence Award is given to students on the Storm Lake campus whose cumulative GPA is 3.75 or greater, representing approximately the top 10% of each class.

Pluym was recognized as a senior of the year for the School of Education in special education.
