Olivia Tuel from Clarence Honored at Buena Vista Unversity

Olivia Tuel , a biology major from Clarence , was honored at Buena Vista University's annual Student Recognition Dinner on April 29.

Tuel received the following recognition:

Tuel received a Student Organization Leader award for her role in Pre Health Club, one of more than 57 organizations available on campus. These leaders provide guidance and motivation to their clubs and attend campus-wide meetings to share knowledge and build skills. BVU's many active student organizations represent a wide variety of interests, social causes and disciplines.

Tuel was recognized for being a member of BVU's Honors Program, which encourages students to develop their academic talents beyond the regular curriculumt through specialized courses and an extensive research project.
