Pietz Lands Internship at Texas Recording Studio

Buena Vista University (BVU) student Joseph Pietz recently landed a competitive three-month internship with Orb Recording Studios in Austin, Texas.

"Orb Studios is one of the largest and most active facilities in Austin where numerous gold records have been made over the years," said Dr. David Klee, associate professor of instrumental music at BVU. "Some of the biggest musical acts have recorded there."

Pietz , who is a senior music production and technology and digital media double major from Sioux Falls , started the internship on Monday, Sept. 11.
